what interesting is that Howa claims its the "most accurate production rifle" or more specifically that the "HOWA, THE MOST ACCURATE PRODUCTION RIFLE NOW WITH A 100% LIFETIME WARRANTY!"
we have to say that they are either right or dam close, the howa might lack in a area or two but it sure shines in the accuracy department being sub moa with half the amunition used, thats that says a lot. but is it the Best production rifle?
