Next time you regrip your clubs, consider the width of your grips from top to bottom. In this video, I show you a standard grip and the classic taper from the butt end down to the shaft (usually one wrap of tape). What I have done is added 3 wraps of tape from the halfway point down to where the grip meets the shaft making my grips the same width and feel for both hands instead of having a taper. It allows my right hand to feel more neutral and less active through the shot giving me more clubface control and stability through impact.
You can always buy a fatter grip to accomplish a similar feel, but I have found those grips to be less stable and too squishy in my hands. It's personal preference, but I highly recommend this technique next time you regrip your clubs.
