The plaintiff has petitioned the court for a DNA test to see if the defendant is the father of her child. The plaintiff is also in court to sue the defendant for an unpaid loan because she gave him money to travel back home. The defendant insists he never had unprotected sex with the plaintiff. In terms of the money, the defendant argues the loan was a gift.
