Ingredients:
20g vegetable oil
10g fresh ginger root, thinly sliced.
30g rice wine (Shaoxing hua tiao)
500g pork spare ribs. (cut into pieces)
50g rock sugar
15g dark soy sauce
15g light soy sauce
50g rice vinegar

Step 1: Put in vegetable oil, ginger. Saute for 3 mins at 180 degree at speed 1.
Step 2: Put in pork ribs rock sugar, rice wine, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, vinegar.
Cook for 25min at 180 degree at speed 1.
