Condensate pump installation at Basement 5 (connected from AHU):
one of the very rare type of installation in the MEP field.Here Header condensate drain pipe is above the AHU drain line. which is not practically possible to drain the water (gravity) from AHU to the Header line.
Due to this reason, providing small pressure pump (single phase, 220V, 3W) to drain the water. Pressure pump collect the drain water from the AHU through condensate drain pipe, then at particular limit reach the water level inside the pump, the pump discharges the water through the outlet port with the help of pressure (which is connected to the header line)
