Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup oil (I used olive oil)
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
Frosting
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp hot water
1 cup softened unsalted butter
3/4 cup powdered/icing sugar​ ​
