miz garam masala 2 tbl spn(cinnamon stick3 cloves10black paper 20 fennel seeds 1 tea spn coriander 1 tea spn )
cumin seeds...1 tbl spn
dry plum .....5
salt to taste 1.5 tbl spn
green masala (tomato 1 medium fried onion 1 medium green chilli 5 mint coriander leaves 2/2 tbl spn
add Rice 1 kg 80% tender.
