Coconut Burfi
This recipe is very simple to make and requires only few ingredients. The first step is roasting the coconut for just 1 min and add the required sugar.
Once it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, switch off the stove and transfer the coconut burfi mixture to the ghee greased plate and let it cool down completely. After than slice it into the desired pieces.

This recipe requires only two ingredients-peanut and jaggery. It is one of the 90's kids favorite sweet recipe. Since it has peanut and jaggery, its so healthy and you can make this easy and simple recipe for your kids.
Pottukadalai Burfi (Roasted Gram Burfi)
In this recipe, first you need to grind the roasted gram into fine powder. Add sugar in the pan and wait till it reaches the one string consistency. Then add the roasted gram powder, coconut and ghee.
