As gun violence and mass shootings continue to plague America, the issue of gun-control remains politically divisive and has many wondering how to reconcile the right to bear arms with public safety. But one European nation may hold a clue. Switzerland also has a proud tradition of gun ownership but has not seen a mass shooting since 2001.
