NOTES:
Complex modular patch sets the backdrop with two textured drones, a bass beat, and some FM plucks. Minitaur is on the pulsing bass. TR-6S is on the drums. I'm improvising on the SE-02 using the ordered arpeggiator on the Keystep 37. At the end a drone chord comes in from the OB-6. Master FX are Volante and Deco for delay and tape saturation, and UA Golden Plate 140 for reverb.
There's a few recording glitches in this one, which I'm attributing to the solar storm. No idea if that was really the cause, but there's a lot of electronics involved.
The track title is inspired by the 1980 Rendlesham Forest UFO sightings and Gary Heseltine's riveting and deeply researched account of those events in the book "NON-HUMAN".
RECORDING
Everything is recorded direct with no post aside from some compression, normalization, and limiting.
