Find or bought a cheap HEI distributor and want to know if it works? easy testing all you need is a length of wire, 12 volt battery and a test light. GM HEI distributors are super reliable and abundant but will it work? want to swap out a pointed distributor with a HEI unit and need to know if it’s good check this out.
Pontiac, Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac all used a HEI system since 1975 to the late 80’s this applies to them all.
