A 5 minute video tutorial on finding and exercising the muscles that help us control the amount, pressure, and rate of air being released from the lungs while singing (exhaling).
Just like athletes, some muscles in our body help us do our "sport" more than others and we need to spend extra focus on those while training. That being said, these are exercises designed for improving singing - not for any body toning or fitness ideal. I want these exercises to feel accessible to everyone of every body type and fitness range. Success with these exercises means that you can feel and engage these muscle groups and utilize them as you sing.
