4 eggs
4 garlic cloves (2 for the toast!)
1 tin of tomatoes
1/4 white onion, chopped into cubes
1 tbsp. thyme (or oregano!)
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
approx. 100g mozzarella cheese, grated or cubed
a good squeeze of tomato paste
a few pinches of salt
olive oil, for cooking
good quality bread, for dipping!
