Rice Cooker Chocolate Cake recipe

This recipe has no egg, no milk, and no butter. You can absolutely make a cake without an oven, just a rice cooker!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup hot water
6 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coffee powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
