You'd be surprised at the variety of TYPES of homes available in this price range since the median price of a single family home in the Charleston area is Between $250k and $300k........... I will warn you that it went from Kindof NICE to NOT NICE AT ALL............. Each week, I will tour homes in different price ranges. This is probably as LOW as I will go.
