► Whisked Egg (01)
► Corn Flour (3 Tbsp)
► Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)


Ingredients For Kung pow Chicken Frying:

► Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
► Dried Red Chilli (1/2 Cup)
► Bell Pepper - Cubes- (1/2 Cup)
► Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
► Sugar (1 Tbsp)
► Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp)
► Soya Sauce (3 Tbsp)
► Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp)
► Chilli Garlic Sauce (2 Tbsp)
► Peanuts - Roasted- (1/4 Cup)


Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:

► Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
► Whisked Egg (01)
► Green Onion - Chopped- (1/4 Cup)
► Cabbage - Chopped- (1/2 Cup)
► Bell Pepper -Chopped- (1/2 Cup)
► Carrot -Chopped- (1/4 Cup)
► Rice - Boiled- (2 Cup)
► Salt (1 Tbsp)
► White Pepper (1 Tbsp)
► Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)

***** Directions for How to cook Kung Pao Chicken ******

0:13 Step-1: Take Chicken cubes in a bowl, add Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Soya Sauce, Whisked Egg and Corn Flour.

0:29 Step-2: Mix it all very well and let it marinated for 30 mins.

0:38 Step-3: Heat a clay pot, add olive oil, marinated chicken and fry until light brown then set a side.

1:07 Step-4: Heat a clay pot to prepare fried chicken, add olive oil, Dried Red Chilli, fried chicken and stir it well, add bell pepper, black pepper, sugar, sesame oil, Soya Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Chilli Garlic Sauce and mix it all well and add roasted peanuts.

2:13 Step-4: Heat a clay pot to prepare egg fried rice, add olive oil, Whisked Egg and stir it well, then add chopped green onion, chopped cabbage, chopped bell pepper, chopped carrot, boiled rice, salt, white pepper and soya sauce and mix it all very well. here it is your egg fried rice are ready.
