What an enjoyable evening to meet with renowned economist Matthew Gardner local to Seattle and to hear his insight on the local housing market. It was nice to visit and know our commonalities, a mutual love for the Bloomberg consoles, waking up at 4am, our opinions on crypto currency and of course, our love for real estate. We are both global yet local to our communities. I cannot wait for the session with Goldman Sachs senior economist, Spencer Hill, next week. It was lovely to have a local band and a local tequila vendor to complete the evening.
