Recipes:

🌸 Sleep Mist: 8 oz Spray bottle, put 10-15 drops of Lavender essential oil and top off with purified/distiiled water. Spray linens and pillows. So nice!

🌸Bath Salts: 1/2 cup to 1 cup Epsom Salts and put 5-10 drops of Lavender essential oil, mix with fingers and throw in bath before going in. Relax!

🌸 After Sun Spray: 8oz Spray bottle, put 5-10 drops Lavender or 5 Lavender and 2 Peppermint, and top off with purified/distilled water. Spray face and body (close your eyes!) after sun exposure.
