Raising backyard chickens come with its ups and downs. We had 5 baby chicks and came out to let them out and check the eggs and realized one of our Buff Orpington chicks was missing. Losing chicks is part of owning chickens and can be expected, but it is still never easy. Today we also are looking after our neighbors' chickens, and I take you with me to let their chickens out for the day and give you a small tour of their chicken coop.
