Rhinoswab is a self administered nasal swab that is easier and more comfortable than traditional NP, OP and nasal swabs. The user inserts the Rhinoswab in their nose for a short period of time before breaking off the ends of the swab into a standard pathology tube that contains media. The patient sample then elutes into the media for standard diagnostic testing such as PCR. It has been proven in independent laboratory tests to deliver an effective sample for Covid-19 testing.
