Sick day routine, natural cold and flu remedies
My sick day routine to feel better is:
- drink a green smoothie
- drink cinnamon ginger tea with honey
- rest a lot
- take elderberry supplement
- gargle salt water
- increase water intake
- eat warm nourishing healthy meals
- take an epsom salt bath
