During Victoria's second wave of coronavirus there was a high infection rate among the state's frontline health workers.
Initially the Premier and his then health minister suggested that most of them had caught the virus in the community, but it was later revealed that 70% of the cases were contracted at work. Investigations are now underway to find out where the system broke down.
