Hi everyone,

This is the first video in my new Fried Rice Series! This recipe is VERY easy to follow. Let me know in the comments below if you have ever made sailfish fried rice or if you just like eating it lol!

For this recipe you will need:
5 cups cooked parboiled rice
1/2lb of saltfish bits
1 medium onion chopped
2 pimento peppers
1 hot pepper
1/4 cup of oil to fry the salt fish or as much or as little oil as you would like to fry the saltfish
*garlic is optional!
