The Xavier shoe is one of My Glass Slipper's bestsellers -- and it's easy to see why. The standout element on this sexy and sophisticated sandal is the modern tulle bow, which adds a feminine detail that's not overtly girly.

I normally wear a size 8, and I found that Xavier was bit short on my foot; my heel was at the very edge of the back of the shoe. Despite this, the heel was still comfortable and walkable. When I went up to a size 8.5, a half-size larger than I normally wear, the fit was perfect. If you have a long foot or are on the larger side of your shoe size, I would recommend ordering a half-size up.

The sandal fit comfortably and securely. The adjustable ankle strap was positioned low and laid softly against my skin; it didn't rub or irritate my skin as ankle straps tend to do. Xavier felt secure and stable. The soft leather sole prevented slips. The platform made the high heel feel much lower. I wear heels regularly and had no difficulty strutting in these flirty shoes; however, high-heel novices might struggle in Xavier.
