On Tuesday night, June 27, 2017, we conducted our monthly webinar for the treatment of floaters via vitrectomy or FOV. Vitrectomy is synonymous with Floater Only Vitrectomy.
In this webinar, I focused most on defining a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) and how it impacts surgery. I played a video during the webinar, but I don't think the quality is as good as if you were to watch directly from YouTube.
Here's the actual video entitled "Large Gigantic Floater in Monocular Patient | FOV for Large Floater."

The video clearly demonstrates how floaters can be debilitating, a PVD and how easily the vitreous is removed when a PVD is present.

I hope you enjoy this webinar. If you would like to schedule an appointment, visit our website or email us.
