Broadcast tv aired a sitcom about wife-swapping...in 1973?!? No, the premise of the original film was way too much, so other risqué but not so scandalous storylines were substituted. The show appeared to be filmed with a studio audience, and they seemed to enjoy it. Even so the network swapped it out after seven weeks and the foursome went their separate ways with five episodes unaired. Some interesting names in the cast: Robert Urich (he also shows up in 'Tabitha'), Anita Gillette, with early roles for Brad Savage ('Red Dawn') and Jodie Foster. Artie Butler wrote the theme. Nowadays you can see the show on the free Crackle streaming service.
