In this video I return to the old apartment to patch up the holes, clean, and hopefully ensure the return of my security deposit ($2,000) -- that's a lot of $$$!
My tips to get your deposit back:
1. Be a good tenant (be respectful and thankful for maintenance!)
2. Pay your rent on time (builds trust!)
3. Patch up any holes in the walls as best you can
4. Clean the floors and wipe the surfaces
5. Try and leave the space better than you found it!
