Easy Chicken skewers! 🔥
Another easy meal prep or dinner
Cut 1lb of chicken or flank steak into smaller pieces, hit with a big pinch of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1 rounded tbs of corn starch and toss your pieces.
For the marinade:
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tbs brown sugar
1tbs sesame oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 packed tbs fresh grated ginger
(Make double sauce if you want more for topping) just reduce down over low-mid heat for 6-8 minutes.
(Set aside some for brushing on while on the grill)
Now pour sauce over your chicken mix well and let marinate for a couple hours!
All to do now is skewer your chicken and throw those on the grill, flip them every 2-3 minutes adding more of that sauce on top until done.
Top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions! 🤌
