Today's episode is about what could occur if/when a narcissist sees you happy after the relationship ends. You DONT have to be with someone else to be happy. Happiness could be doing something that the narcissist may have held you back from doing.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
