Ingredients

1 and 1/2 kg pork ribs (Aad mass)
18 garlic cloves
2 inch ginger
1 tbsp pepper
3 cinammon sticks
3/4 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp turmeric powder
6 dried Kashmiri chillies
6-7 green chillies
10 kokum rinds
2 tbsp vinegar
3-5 tbsp tamarind water
3 sliced onions
salt as per taste
water as required
