In Kerala they prepare Vellulli karam wet chutney called as veluthulli chammanthi . They also used in Chicken, Mandi ,Kabsa Marination.

North India people call Vellulli karam as Lasun ki Chutney Dry. This is mainly prepared in kolhapuri which is famous for kolhapuri ghati masala.

Vellulli Karam called as Poondu Podi in Tamil nadu. It is very well with idli/dosa/hot rice .

In Karanataka Vellulli karam can be called as Bellulli Chatni pudi .They use coconut in bellulli pudi. Bellulli Khara pudi is famous in north karnataka. Kannada people prepare Bellulli Saaru, Bellulli chitranna with vellulli/Bellulli.

Vellulli /Garlic Is very useful for health. Help to maintain Good Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar Levels. Which helps in weight loss, Respiratory problems, Prevent Cancer, Treats Skin Infections.
