Chandigarh Mayor polls have come under the radar of the Supreme Court. A video of the Presiding Officer Anil Masih has surfaced where he has been captured from the top angle of the CCTV camera.
In that video, Masih can be seen writing something on ballot papers while glancing at the CCTV. SC called his action “murder and mockery” of democracy. Watch for more.
