Running a Komatsu excavator means you’ll need to do a 1000 hour service as part of your excavator maintenance routine. In part 1 of the 1000 hour service for the Komatsu excavator PC200 we cover:

- Replace the engine oil filter
- Fuel filter replacement
- How to change engine air filter
- How to change a hydraulic filter
- Drain/refill the pump drive, swing gearbox, and final drive oil change
