Here is a very original BMW R25/3, Its about 50*f out and the little bike is running well, 1955 was the first year with hydraulic damping front forks. Its a great running single cylinder with a 250cc displacement and a nice simple 4 speed gearbox.
There are two different final drive ratios available,
One for "solo" and the other for "sidecar" this bike has the "solo" ratio along with the matching "Solo" speedo ratio to match the gearing and its capable of reaching nearly 70 Mph as written in the owners manual, I have only seen 60 Mph and didn't try for a higher speed, It will cruise easily at 45-50 Mph.
