These crunchy Chicken Samosas are simple and easy to make.
They can be prepared in advance and freezed upto a month.
Its a must have Ramadan preparation!
INGREDIENTS & METHOD:
1) Chicken mince-250 grams
Marinate with-1tsp black pepper, salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
(You can also make this with boneless or chicken on bone, by boiling and shredding it into pcs once cooked)
2)In a wok-Add 2 tbsp butter followed by chopped garlic (1tbsp) and 2 green chillies.
3)Follow by chopped onion (1 big), carrots(1 small) and spring onion bulbs.
Stir for a minute and add boiled or frozen corn kernels(1/4 cup).
4) For the spices add 1 tsp each of white and black pepper powder , chilli powder. Add 2 tbsp green chilli sauce.Stir well.
5)Add the cooked chicken.
6)Now add fresh coriander and spring onion greens and turn of the flame.
7)once cooled down , add cheese of your choice (optional).
8) Make the samosas as shown in the video. Fry until golden and crisp.
