Welcome to our home cooking channel! Today we're making my grandma's Vietnamese Pho recipe. Normally, people just cook "Beef only" Pho or "Chicken only" Pho. In our family, we like to cook Ox tail in our Chicken Pho, because it gives the broth deeper flavor and tastier. In this video, we gonna show you step by step how my Grandma make this Pho's broth so delicious and we believe anyone can do this after watching the video!!
Ingredients:
Ox tail: 3-4 lbs
Chicken: 1 whole
Pho spice bag: 1
White Onion: 10 small
Ginger: 2-3 medium pieces
Beef Ball: 1 package (optional)
Some Scallions, Cilantros, Bean Sprouts, Pho's noodles, Thai's Basil, Saw Tooth Coriander herb (optional if you can't find it)
Broth: Big stainless pot
Water: 3 gallons
Salt: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Peppercorn: 1.5 tablespoon
Chicken Bouillon powder: 3 tablespoons
Hoisin Sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sriracha: 2 tablespoons
Adjust seasoning to your liking!
Pickle onion:
Water: 1 cup
White Vinegar: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
