This is the first of my reviews of Canon's EF-M lenses - which are only for their EOS M mirrorless system, with their APS-C sensors. EF-M lenses will not work with digital SLR cameras...which seems like a shame, considering this little potential gem of a pancake lens.

I bought the EOS M3 to do general APS-C testing, as it's currently the cheapest way to get hold of a 24mp Canon APS-C camera - being able to review the native mirrorless lenses is just a handy bonus.
