For making Popcorn in kadai:
You need a kadai with heavy base and a lid. Pour two teaspoon of odour less refined oil of your choice. Put the kadai on high flame.
Add 02 handfuls of corn seeds (dried seeds) and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Toss the corn seeds in oil. Cover the kadai with a lid that fits it well as shown in video.
In less than a minute corn seeds will start popping up. Keep the flame high. When the popping speed gets slow, simmer the flame and when popping stops put the flame off.
You will be delighted to see the popping up of Popcorns and your kadai gets filled with popcorns in minutes. Your simple salted popcorn are ready to eat.
You can add one teaspoon of fresh butter to the hot popcorn , toss well , your butter popcorn are ready.
Serve hot.
