This is an instant and delicious sago nuggets recipe. The recipe does not require you to soak the sago/sabudana. You can make these crispy nuggets in very less time thereby reducing the preparation time and efforts.
These go well with a hot cup of tea/coffee.

Ingredients:
1 cup potato (boiled & mashed)
1/2 cup sago (unsoaked & ground)
1/2 cup ground peanuts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies (chopped)
4-5 curry leaves (chopped)
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Points to remember-
1. Do not soak the sago
2. Use the raw ground sago
3. Add more bread crumbs to combine the mixture well.
4. Do not refrigerate the nuggets for more than an hour.
5. Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
6. Fry on medium heat only.
