How to remove the skin from your fish fillets. You will need a paper towel and a high-quality knife. Start by removing about a half inch of salmon flesh from the tip of the fillet, careful to not cut through the fish skin. Pull the skin towards you gently making smooth sawing motions between the flesh and the skin. Don't force it, let the knife do the work. Continue until the skin is fully removed.
