In this experiment you will get into know that how particle size affect to the solubility rate.
The smaller one will "dissolve" faster because more of it surface are is exposed to the colliding molecules of the "solvent"; while the large molecules, because of its greater size will not expose as much "surface area"; therefore, dissolving more "slowly" in the "solvent".
The factors that affect the solubility are:
1. Rate of Stirring - The faster the stirring, the faster the solute dissolves in a solvent.

2. Particle Size - The smaller the solute particle, the faster it will dissolve in a solvent.
3. Temperature (experiment)-The hotter the solvent, the faster the solute will dissolve.
In this video you will learn about how the Rate of stirring will affect on the solubility.
