Should you upgrade to a 1000cc? I'm going to tell you my perspective of what it was like for me to upgrade to a liter bike from a 650r. I have also ridden 300cc, 500cc, and 600cc motorcycles so I feel i can give a fair opinion on the subject. Going from a 650cc to a 600cc is pretty much pointless because they both have the same amount of torque, which is why i upgraded to a 1000cc Yamaha R1. Even though there is a huge leap from a 300cc to a 600cc, I still feel a level headed individual could handle upgrading from a 300cc to a 1000cc super sport.
