Dear Mr. Kubrick,
Regarding my camcorder, your essential and lauded instructional video, "2001: A Space Odyssey", has been very helpful but to date my electronic device remains as defiant as ever. Although its computer brain has neither locked me out of an air lock, nor does not seem to be undergoing any discernible existential crises, the damnable gadget continues to refuse my orders and is clearly hiding data from me on its internal drive to which it denies me access. I'm afraid its motives can no longer be trusted. What should I do?
PS - Never mind, I know what to do.

To self-righteous snobsters who watch videos they know they won't like:
Over 10 weeks this camera went to 3 different repair shops including Panasonic's service center and was deemed un-reparable each time. I offered to part it out to one of the shops but they declined. In the end an entire machete forging video was unrecoverable and went down with the ship. So give it a rest and just enjoy something getting blowed-up-real-good for once, sheesh!
