Filmed during a trip to Glasgow in early April 2022, this Q&A inspired class edit shows you the Plough stop and Stepping Plough which speed skaters have been using for decades (because it spares their expensive wheels), unlike the T-stop.
If you're a beginner OR intermeidate skater and you don't use the Stepping plough stop regularly, I urge you to begin learning it. It's soooo useful for the lower speed end of stops, like after a T-stop that didn't actually bring you to a standstill.
