A stampede broke out at a religious gathering in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras on Tuesday, resulting in the deaths of 27 people, including three children. Confirming the fatalities, Chief Medical Officer Rajkumar Aggarwal told India Today that so far "we have received 27 bodies."
