INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup Jasmine rice
• ½ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Begin by rinsing the rice under room temperature water 3x or until the water runs clear. Add the cooking water
2.) Heat over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil. Once boiling, give it a quick stir then reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes. Do not open the lid from this point!
3.) Turn off the heat and allow the rice to steam with the cover on for 15-17 minutes
4.) Fluff the rice with a fork or serving spoon and serve along with your favorite dish. Enjoy!
