UPDATE 22 February, 2022: We identified the likely cause of the procedure failing and have posted a new video. [ Ссылка ]
If your Moog One has severe tuning issues even after running the oscillator compensation routine included in firmware revision 1.4.0, there is also a hidden routine included to actually recalibrate the oscillators.
Unfortunately, for our Moog One, the routine locks up in step 6 of 33, and after 10 days, Moog Tech Support has not responded to my request for assistance. But from what we understand, this is rare, so we'll show you how to start it, and if it works for you, the results should be very good. And since the routine doesn't write any data until the last step, if it gets stuck like it did for us, you should be able to just power cycle the Moog One and get back to where you were before with no harm done.
That being said, the physical instructions from Moog warn you not to run the routine unless directed to by Moog Tech Support, so this is presented without warranty, and any risks associated with running it are on you, the user.
