After their North American Tour supporting DragonForce together with Firewind and Seven Spires in March and April, Vision of Atlantis released their new album “Pirates” in May and continued touring as headliner through Austria, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium on the first leg of European Pirates Tour 2022, supported by Secret Rule (Rome/Italy) and Emetropia (Linköping/Sweden).

The US shows were streamed live on HermanLI’s Twitch channel, and gained the band a lot of new fans and followers in the States.
