Chairman of the Fisheries Board, and member of the fishing community, Kemar Harris, says it was dealt a harsh blow by Hurricane Beryl.
Harris said he witnessed boats being destroyed and they are yet to count the losses. He was at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex.
