I'm short, lightweight and have never rowed before outside of a hotel gym. Watch me as I go all out attempting a 500m row on a Concept 2 RowErg in as fast a time as possible. Which is probably not that quick for most people... but will be torture for me! 🤢 I'm not planning on trialling for the Great Britain rowing team any time soon, but having personal goals is always healthy and fun.
